Danfoss 'new generation of aerial work platform traveling drive motors - A-Delta series motors
The A-Delta series motors adopt A dual-section design. Under the premise of ensuring product compactness, through the high-strength design of parts and the use of special high-pressure seals, the product achieves the best reliability in the application of aerial work platform vehicles. In light of the working characteristics of aerial work platforms, special performance parameters have been designed and improved, including transmission components, cycloidal pair technical parameters, sealing technology, etc. The motor has outstanding performance in low-speed stability, high efficiency under high-pressure conditions, and impact resistance of transmission components.
The design of the drive shaft and bearings adopts higher design standards compared with similar products on the market, completely avoiding the failure of the transmission part and effectively ensuring the product's service life.
The compensation disc is designed to gradually increase the clamping force on the plane as the pressure rises, effectively reducing internal leakage under high pressure and ensuring the product efficiency under high-pressure conditions.
The special gap design reduces leakage between the surfaces of parts and ensures the low-speed stability of the product.
In terms of parameter design, material selection and heat treatment process, the motor linkage shaft has taken into account the requirements of enhancing its wear resistance, effectively reducing the generation of wear materials, which plays an important role in improving the service life of the motor and the entire hydraulic system.
The motor adopts a special high-pressure shaft seal, which has been verified by market application for over ten years. At the same time, it has passed the company's enhanced engineering test verification, ensuring the motor's high-pressure resistance performance.
The position of the front bearing of the motor is designed at the outer end of the shaft seal. This can effectively reduce the lateral load force borne by the bearing under the same load, and at the same time reduce the runout of the output shaft and the flexible deformation of the output shaft at the shaft seal. It can ensure that the bearing is in a better application state, thereby increasing the service life of the bearing.
