Fogler's brand-new classic series of pavers - compact in size and easy to operate

Fogler, a global market leader, has now launched two brand-new compact pavers with spreading widths ranging from 0.75m to 5m: the Super 1300i crawler paver and the Super 1303i wheel paver. As representatives of the classic series, these two pavers feature all the main spreading functions, high quality and considerable cost performance.

Fogler has now launched two brand-new compact pavers suitable for medium and small-sized construction projects in response to the demands of the Chinese market: Super 1300i and Super 1303i. These two machines have replaced the previous Super 1100-3 and Super 1103-3, and are ideal choices for high-standard restoration of various traffic areas and ensuring the economic and efficient completion of construction projects in city centers and main roads.

The brand-new Super 1300i and Super 1303i pavers equipped with ErgoBasic control systems

Both of these machines belong to the Vogler classic series products. Therefore, they are targeted at customers who attach great importance to the sturdiness and practical functions of the machines. Their construction projects do not require all the functions of the high-end series products, and the classic series pavers can fully meet them.

These two brand-new compact pavers have all the Basic paving functions. Meanwhile, they are equipped with the easy-to-understand ErgoBasic control system and the optional Niveltronic Basic automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system. The compact design, 75 kW diesel engine and a maximum paving capacity of 350 t/h all make these two pavers particularly powerful and versatile.

Effective post-treatment of exhaust emissions is carried out using diesel particulate filters (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC) to ensure that both pavers meet the NR4 National IV emission standards. The AB 340 hydraulic telescopic screed equipped with a tamper (T), vibrator (V), or tamper and vibrator (TV) is used in conjunction with these two types of pavers, with a paving width range from 1.8m to 3.4m.

In addition, by equipping with widening boots, the minimum paving width can reach 0.75 meters. Meanwhile, mechanical extension blocks are equipped to achieve a maximum paving width of 5 meters.

An easy-to-operate ErgoBasic human-computer interaction intelligent basic control system

The ErgoBasic control system is developed based on the well-tested ErgoPlus 3 human-machine interaction intelligent enhanced control system and is specifically tailored to the needs of users of classic series machines.

The Super 1300i and Super 1303i pavers are equipped with ErgoBasic control systems. As a result, their operation can be as fast, accurate and intuitive as that of the control systems on high-end series machines. This system includes clear and understandable functional components and status indicator lights, options for different control modes, anti-glare background lighting for safe night construction, and simple steering.

This steering includes a rotary control knob (for crawler pavers) and steering wheels (for wheeled pavers). Whether it is the ErgoBasic human-computer interaction intelligent basic control system or the ErgoPlus 3 operating system, they are both based on the same control concept and have the same identification system, enabling users to easily switch between the classic series products and the high-end series products.

Intuitive Niveltronic Basic automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system

To align with the ErgoBasic control concept, Vogler has also equipped the classic series of pavers with the Niveltronic Basic automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system.

It is fully integrated with the machine's control system, and thus is particularly suitable for this paver. This automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system can be operated independently through the sturdy and independent compact side control panels on both sides of the ironing plate.

The operation of the edge control panel of this ironing plate is very simple and intuitive, ensuring the flatness of the spreading. The Niveltronic Basic edge control panel can also be connected to various types of sensors according to different construction needs, ranging from mechanical sensors to non-contact ultrasonic sensors and a laser receiver.
