Invincible! Can the H leg of XCMG's brand-new QY100K7C_1 still be counterweight and repositioned?
1. The site is narrow and the hoisting span is large
When the construction site requirements are too strict and the working space is limited, QY100K7C_1 has added the option of H-shaped outriggers. It features a double-section H-shaped outrigger with a lateral span of 8.1m, a five-axle chassis, and a fully rectangular frame structure, which has a stronger load-bearing capacity.
The fifth axle is equipped with a dedicated cylinder-controlled steering system: it can automatically or manually switch steering modes, making it highly maneuverable at low speeds and capable of freely entering and exiting narrow Spaces.
It adopts a dual-cylinder preset displacement counterweight design: no manual displacement is required, and it can be moved backward by 0.5 meters, significantly improving the hoisting stability by more than 15%. Moreover, the counterweight displacement system is easy to operate and highly reliable.
Second, it is convenient for relocation and has strong portability
The front axle of QY100K7C_1 is equipped with 385/95R25 large tires, and the rear load-bearing axle is configured with two tires. The rated 60t high-load-bearing five-axle chassis makes its load-carrying capacity stronger. The maximum counterweight is 40 tons, and it can carry 31 tons of counterweight or 27 tons of heavy-load transfer + foot pad transfer, covering 90% of working conditions. Moreover, it realizes single-person hanging of counterweight, requiring fewer operators for the entire vehicle and making transportation more convenient.
Third, the main arm has strong performance and stable control
The QY100K7C_1 has seven 76-meter main boom sections and a maximum lifting height of 88.5m. The advantages of lifting height and distance are obvious. Moreover, with the exclusive dual-pump split and combined flow technology, the compound action operation is more optimized. It is equipped with multiple intelligent boom control technologies, making the lifting operation safer and more efficient, such as
Winch follow-up control technology: Automatically controls the winch during extension and luffing, saving more than 40% of operation time.
Luffing compensation control technology: Automatically adjusts the deformation of the boom at the moment the load leaves the ground. Make the lifting of heavy objects such as chemical tanks and factory steel structures safer.
The QY100K7C_1 100-ton crane of Wuqiao has deeply explored the usage habits of customers. With three core advantages, it can be widely used in high-altitude hoisting, infrastructure construction and other fields of construction. It is easy to operate and has powerful performance. Will such a 100-ton crane meet the taste of all business owners?
