"National IV new product, I'm in place! The all-new generation of crawler mobile impact crushing station MC-250IS!"
On December 1st, the "National IV" standard for non-road mobile machinery is approaching, and environmental protection upgrades are extremely urgent.
To fully achieve green and sustainable development, Guangxi Meisida Group has responded to national requirements, actively planned and made early arrangements. It has integrated the "dual carbon" concept into the entire process of R&D and production, closely followed market demands and changes, and launched a brand-new generation of "National IV" crawler mobile impact crushing station MC-250IS.
Upgraded to meet the National IV emission standards, it is environmentally friendly and efficient
The engine of the "National IV" power system of Meister adopts two different post-treatment technical routes, namely DOC+DPF+SCR and DOC+DPF+EGR, to meet the national exhaust emission standards. After the power system upgrade, it still maintains the advantages of strong power, energy conservation and high efficiency.
Compared with the "National III" emission standards, the "National IV" emission standards are more environmentally friendly. It is estimated that nitrogen oxide emissions can be reduced by 13% to 45%, and particulate matter emissions can be reduced by 50% to 94%.
The Standard clearly stipulates that non-road mobile machinery with a power of 37-560kW should be equipped with wall-flow particulate filters (DPF), which are ceramic filters installed in the exhaust system of diesel engines. They can effectively intercept 70% to 90% of the particles in the exhaust gas, reduce the generation of harmful exhaust gas, and thus achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
The Meister National IV equipment adopts a one-click trigger DPF regeneration function. Through DPF regeneration technology, particulate matter is burned to achieve the purpose of purifying exhaust gas.
The adjustment device is upgraded quickly and conveniently
For the new generation of "National IV" counter-attack MC-250IS, the R&D team of MSTAR has made optimizations and upgrades in terms of overall machine performance and user experience.
The new "National IV" impact breaker MC-250IS has a brand-new upgraded main unit adjustment device, which has changed the previously cramped flip cover space situation, making adjustment more convenient, faster and easier.
The body structure has been upgraded, making it compact and lightweight
The brand-new sheet metal design makes the structure of the new impact crusher MC-250IS more compact. The body structure is lightweight, and the covering parts have been optimized at the same time, making it convenient for customers to observe and maintain during use.
The control system has been upgraded, making the operation simple and safe
The main electrical components used in the new "National IV" impact crusher MC-250IS are from internationally renowned brands such as Schneider and ABB, ensuring stable and reliable quality.
The control cabinet adopts automotive-grade shock absorption and sealing technology, making the shock absorption, dust-proof and water-proof effects more outstanding.
The machine is equipped with three control methods: remote control, line control and control panel. It is simple, safe and convenient to operate.
It features a unique "M" cavity type, with a large throughput and high output
The new "National IV" impact crusher MC-250IS from Meisida features high efficiency and stability, strong reliability, and high crushing efficiency.
The wear-resistant area is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, and the super rotor is integrally cast, which is extremely wear-resistant. The unique "M" cavity design combines the advantages of single-cavity and multi-cavity, featuring good particle shape, large throughput and easy maintenance.
In 2020, in response to the national call, Meisida initiated research and development in the "National IV" field. Now, after more than two years of technological reserves and practice, Meisida has achieved major breakthroughs in issues such as "environmental protection" and "efficiency".
As the "National IV" model marks a new starting point for the upgrading and replacement of Meisida's equipment, we will also meet the requirements of "National IV" with the latest technology and serve every customer with better products.
