Introduction to 7 Regular Maintenance Methods for Loaders
I. Every Day
1. Check for any leakage of oil, water or gas, as well as overheating of the machine parts;
2. Check the levels of diesel engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil;
3. Check the tire pressure and damage conditions;
4. Check the instruments and lights;
5. Grease is pressed into each hinge point.
Two. Every 50 hours
1. Check and tighten the bolts of the front and rear drive shafts;
2. Check the oil level of the transmission;
3. Check and adjust the foot brake, hand brake and the oil level of the brake booster.
4. Check the throttle control and gear shifting control systems;
Three. Every 100 hours
Change the transmission fluid (and then every 600 hours), and clean the oil pan filter screen.
2. Change the engine oil (and then every 600 hours);
3. Check the battery fluid level and apply vaseline to the battery terminals.
4. Check the tightness of the bolts between the rim and the brake disc as well as the bridge bolts.
5. Check the tightness of all the fastening bolts.
Four. Every 200 hours
1. Check the oil levels of the front and rear axles;
2. Clean the air filter (replace the filter element if necessary);
3. Clean the engine oil, diesel oil and transmission oil filters;
4. Measure the tire pressure at 0.27 to 0.31Mpa;
5. Check whether the welds of the working device and the front and rear frames are cracked.
6. Check the tightness of the generator and fan belts.
V. Every 600 hours
1. Replace the gear oil of the front and rear axles (and then every 1000 hours);
2. Clean the oil suction filter screen of the diesel tank;
3. Remove contaminants from the surface of the water tank and radiator;
4. Change the engine oil, and replace the oil and diesel oil filters.
5. Replace the transmission oil and oil filter;
6. Check the valve clearance of the engine.
Six. Every 1,200 hours
1. Replace the hydraulic oil, clean or replace the oil filter, and clean the oil tank;
2. Check the operation of the engine;
3. Check the working condition of the hydraulic system;
4. Check the performance of the steering system;
5. Check the performance of the braking system and replace the brake fluid.
Seven. Every 2,400 hours
1. Inspect and repair the engine in accordance with the engine manual;
2. Disassemble and inspect the transmission and torque converter.
3. Disassemble and inspect the front and rear axles;
4. Inspect the welds of all parts of the entire machine.
