The SY215C is a 21-ton earthmoving excavator product meticulously developed by Sany Heavy Machinery. It features high power and reliability, and has won the "Golden Finger Award" of the TOP50 annual products in China's construction Machinery industry. It is an all-round model with outstanding performance. The SY215C National IV engine has been comprehensively upgraded around "new power", "new design" and "new technology". The HOPE full electronic control technology it adopts has significantly improved the overall control performance of the machine, which can meet the different working conditions of customers. New Power System: Equipped with Mitsubishi Fuso 4M50 engine, with a rated power of 118kW, it features high torque, durability and faster dynamic response. Adopting EGR+DOC+DPF technology, it precisely controls the intake air flow and fuel injection volume, meeting the National IV emission standards and reducing fuel consumption and emissions.

Hydraulic system: Equipped with Kawasaki fully electrically controlled main valves and Kawasaki main pumps, by optimizing the control strategy, it achieves boom regeneration and rapid oil return, while precisely controlling the valve core, thereby enhancing the overall excavation efficiency and control performance of the machine.

The displacement of the plunger pump has been increased from 112cc to 125cc, generally by 5-10%. The operating speed range of the engine has been expanded, making it easier to operate in the economic fuel consumption zone. The newly upgraded 14D reducer: enhanced rotational capacity, stronger slope working ability, and faster rotational start-up speed. The rotary device enhances the rotary capacity by 12%. The rotational driving force of the machine is increased, its working capacity on slopes is enhanced, and the start-up speed of rotation is accelerated.

Control upgrade: The 10-inch large screen has been upgraded again, being thinner, more dazzling and clearer. In-car wireless local area network, supporting 4G network OTA upgrade, faster and safer.

c12 Driver's seat: Sany has collaborated with a renowned automotive design company to comprehensively upgrade the driver's cabin from appearance to user experience. Brand-new air conditioning system: Equipped with a brand-new air conditioning system, it offers stronger cooling performance and more reasonable air volume distribution. The air conditioning filter element enables in-car cleaning and maintenance, making the cleaning process simpler.

Brand-new interior: The interior has been comprehensively upgraded, featuring a narrow armrest box, a minimalist front control box, standard water cup holders, a 12V power port, USB ports, etc. It offers automotive-grade quality interior. Equipped with comfortable shock-absorbing seats, the vibration comfort is enhanced.

Enhanced safety: Features such as delayed lighting off when the vehicle stops at night, one-click switching between the front and reverse hand display screens, and a rear camera ensure driving safety.

New technology

Bucket upgrade: Standard earthwork bucket is equipped, and rock bucket can be optionally selected to achieve "one bucket for one condition", meeting the operational requirements of different working conditions. Optimize the bucket shape to enhance the smoothness of material penetration and reduce friction. The Angle between the front blade plate and the bottom plate of the support is increased, enhancing the full bucket rate. The average resistance during the excavation process decreases and the excavation efficiency increases.

Fully electronically controlled hydraulic system: Adopting HOPE's fully electronically controlled technology, through the development and application of high-performance electro-proportional control main valves, the controller precisely controls the valve core, enhancing the overall excavation efficiency and controllability of the machine. Adopting a brand-new hydraulic circuit, it reduces the power loss of oil return, establishes the best control, features high power transmission rate, high efficiency and low fuel consumption.

Rotary flow control: The controller is equipped with a built-in rotary speed sensor. By collecting the rotary speed value, it controls the pump flow during rotary acceleration, reduces the rotary overflow flow, lowers fuel consumption, has a small start-up impact during rotation, and ensures a smooth acceleration process.

Work efficiency: For flat ground work, the flat ground efficiency can be increased by 17%. When dealing with loading and dumping operations, the efficiency can be increased by 23% during the actions of rotation, boom descent and bucket arm unloading and return to position.
