It is equipped with a 55KW high-power imported engine, which is 50 times more efficient than manual labor. It is powerful in operation, meets the National IV emission standards, is environmentally friendly and green, and is highly efficient and low-consumption.

Multiple operation modes are configured for the working scenarios for customers to choose from at will. Under the original S(economy), L (bucket), and B (crushing) modes, based on the characteristics of track operations, the H (high efficiency) mode was developed to match power and actively utilize the capabilities of the main pump and engine. The pillow replacement can be completed within 40 seconds at the fastest, which is 50 times that of manual operation, and the operation efficiency is even better.

Limit: Dual mechanical and electronic limits are adopted to effectively prevent collisions with obstacles above and vehicles adjacent to the track during track operations, ensuring safer operations.

Emergency neighboring vehicle drive: Equipped with the emergency neighboring vehicle drive system independently developed by Sany, when the engine malfunctions and stops, it can be quickly connected to the neighboring vehicle within 10 minutes through the dedicated pipeline for neighboring vehicle drive. With the power of the neighboring vehicle, the faulty vehicle can be driven to ensure the smoothness of the operation route.

High-voltage electricity protection: An insulating nylon high-voltage electricity protection plate is installed above the bucket rod to prevent vertical high-voltage electricity drainage, making the operation more reassuring.

High-definition reversing camera: Real-time observation of the working conditions behind to ensure safe construction.

Stable Upgrade: Optimize the overall weight layout and center of gravity position of the vehicle, specially designed counterweights, increase the weight by 300KG, and ensure stable track operation as stable as a mountain.

It is exclusively equipped with a dual-drive track operation device independently developed by Sany. It can be used for walking on tracks (with wear-resistant rubber blocks added) without damaging the tracks during operation. It can also be driven by rail wheels for rapid operation. The rail-wheel drive function is equipped with a high-load drive motor independently developed by Sany, capable of hydraulic braking, with a maximum speed of over 10km/h, ensuring safety and reliability. The oil cylinders of the rail wheel support are independently controlled at the front and back, making the excavator's rail loading more flexible.

The special operation attachments, such as the ballast plate and the pillow holder, are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, which is sturdy, durable and has a long service life. The sleeper clamp enables 360° rotation for picking up, and with the multi-functional operation handle, it is as flexible and easy as using both hands. The 800-jin sleeper can be precisely placed with ease!

The cab design has been completely upgraded: equipped with one-button start, a multi-functional control panel, a 7-inch intelligent display screen, and aviation seats, it combines a sense of technology and comfort.

Great convenience: The rotation limit, height limit of the working device, the action of the oil cylinders of the front and rear rail and wheel brackets, and the walking switch functions can all be operated in the cab, and there is a pop-up window on the display screen for reminder.
