Digital spare parts system

The XCMG Road Spare Parts Center has a storage area of approximately 100,000 square meters, with over 1,300 square meters of indoor warehouse shelves and a reserve of more than 20,000 types of spare parts, which can meet the spare parts demands of XCMG's six major categories of road machinery. There are 293 service spare parts outlets in remote areas across the country, including Xinjiang, Xizang, Inner Mongolia, etc., fully covering the spare parts supply in all provinces and cities in China, making it convenient for users across the country to purchase original factory or imported spare parts nearby.

The headquarters warehouse is equipped with a dedicated logistics area. It has successively signed strategic cooperation agreements with SF Express and JD.com, which can meet various transportation demands such as express delivery, loading and unloading, dedicated lines, China railway, high-speed rail, special vehicles, and air freight, ensuring that spare parts required by customers are delivered to the site in the first instance.

Meanwhile, advanced information management systems such as CRM, SAP, PMS and X-GSS are applied. Warehousing and logistics implement PMS barcode scanning management for inbound and outbound operations, as well as positioning of storage locations, shelves, and storage areas. This enables real-time inventory display of orders and alerts for out-of-stock situations. Standardized and intelligent warehouse management makes the inbound and outbound operations more efficient, speeds up the delivery process, and ensures that the spare parts required by customers arrive promptly. The X-GSS Global Digital Service spare parts information System enables one-machine-one-book system query, BOM decomposition visualization, and a combination of text and graphics, providing customers with convenient query functions.

Full-process service system

XCMG Road Machinery, guided by customer demands, provides worry-free service guarantees throughout the entire life cycle of equipment, including equipment selection, construction solutions, equipment operation training, maintenance and repair, spare parts supply, major overhauls and remanufacturing, from pre-sale to after-sale.

A four-level service spare parts system has been established, including a headquarters service spare parts center, 33 marketing service centers outside the headquarters, 63 service partners, and 230 secondary service outlets. More than 500 professional service engineers who have been evaluated and certified by XCMG, with a 1:1 service vehicle configuration, respond to service information within 15 minutes, provide results within 30 minutes, and repair general faults within 24 hours.

Taking the CRM system as the main line, integrating the Remote intelligent Service Platform (RIMS) and the digital spare parts service information system (X-GSS), it realizes multi-faceted three-dimensional management such as the generation of proactive service plans, service process management, equipment condition viewing, fault alarm, spare parts sales management, and spare parts query, enhancing the customer service experience through an information-based service model.

Throughout the year, a series of activities such as "3.15 Warmth Delivery", "Summer Coolness Delivery", and "Quality Month Service Enhancement" are carried out. Free equipment inspection, maintenance and repair training, and spare parts usage guidance services are provided to eliminate potential equipment problems, reduce maintenance costs, and create greater value for customers.
