With the continuous improvement of urban infrastructure, the permanent resident population in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province has increased sharply. To further improve educational and teaching conditions, Pingshan District has intensified efforts to promote various educational expansion projects, and the expansion project of Liulian Primary School is one of them. At present, the main structure construction of this project has been completed by 90%, and the topping-out work is underway.

At the project site, a 130-ton truck crane was trapped in a pit after completing the hoisting operation due to the limited space and was unable to drive out by itself. According to the on-site staff's investigation, this 130-ton crane weighs 60.5 tons, and its nearest lifting span is less than 40 meters. How to "rescue" it has become a difficult task. Picture

This hoisting operation is heavy in weight and large in volume, and it also has very high requirements for precision. Once tilting occurs during the hoisting process, a major accident is very likely to happen.

To ensure absolute safety, Shenzhen Hongshunfa Loading and Unloading Service Department dispatched SAC7500C7-8. General Manager Liang Haoming introduced: "Only this 750-ton machine can handle this job. It has a relatively small body size and is equipped with counterweight displacement, making it suitable for operations in narrow Spaces on municipal roads." It is also the largest truck crane in terms of tonnage in the Shenzhen area, and its lifting capacity is guaranteed. Whether for safety or efficiency, it is the best choice.

The original plan was for this 750-ton vehicle to carry an overlift for operation. However, after several consecutive test lifts, driver Master Yang said, "This vehicle has a large safety margin and can complete the task perfectly without an overlift."

On the morning of May 8th, SAC7500C7-8 set off for the construction site. After parking at a suitable position, some counterweights were first loaded. Then, the main boom was extended to unload the counterweights originally installed on the 130-ton truck crane in batches and transfer them to the transport vehicle.

After the counterweight of the 130-ton truck crane was unloaded, the SAC7500C7-8, with a full load of 183 tons, resumed the boom adjustment. The staff located in the pit tied the steel wire rope to the 130-ton truck crane and carefully adjusted the Angle to ensure that there would be no significant tilt during the lifting process.

That evening, the SAC7500C7-8 began its trial lift and then officially started its operation. From lifting, rotating and placing the foundation pit, the entire process was smooth and seamless, taking less than 20 minutes.

Liang Haoming, the general manager of Shenzhen Hongshunfa Loading and Unloading Service Department, said, "From this construction, it can be seen that this 750-ton vehicle has very powerful performance. Without an overlift, it directly saved us the cost of a flatbed truck." Although this was a highly challenging lifting operation, both the on-site staff and the hoisting workers wore a relaxed expression.
