Explore the standard operation methods for maintaining the cooling system
Open the left rear door and the engine hood of the equipment, and loosen the butterfly nut. Remove and clean the dust-proof nets in front of the oil cooler and the air cooler.
2. Rinse the radiator fins with high-pressure air or water. First, rinse from the outside of the radiator to the inside, and then from the inside to the outside to remove all the dust adhering to the radiator fins.
After cleaning, carefully inspect the space between the radiators. If there is any dirt, clean them again.
4. Open the water tank cover and the bottom plate of the water tank, and place a container under the water tank. Open the drain valve to drain the antifreeze inside the water tank.
5. Add cleaning solution to the radiator and let the engine idle for 20 minutes first. After draining the cleaning solution, add soft water to the radiator and run the engine again for 20 minutes.
6. Shut down the machine. After the engine cools down, drain the water and add antifreeze suitable for the ambient temperature to the specified level.
Please note
If the engine fan belt is too loose, it can lead to poor heat dissipation and charging of the equipment, as well as premature wear of the belt and other faults. If the belt is too tight, it will cause damage to the water pump, generator and air compressor. Please check the tension of the fan belt every 250 hours (the first 50 hours)!
Inspection method: After the engine stops, press down at the central position of the fan wheel and the generator pulley. When the pressure is 10kg, the sag of the belt should be 10mm.
