These 30 brand-new KR300ES low headroom rotary drilling RIGS are specially customized models from Taixin Machinery. They have a construction height of 11 meters, a maximum drilling depth of 35 meters, a maximum drilling diameter of 2 meters, a maximum output torque of 320 KN.m, and a total weight of 76 tons. They can meet the requirements of large-diameter rock penetration construction while maintaining both low construction height and ultra-deep construction depth.

In terms of the configuration of the "heart" of the equipment, Taixin has carefully selected for it the original Cummins engine from the United States that is both powerful and highly reliable, as well as the original imported components from Rexroth and Bonfeili, etc. Combined with Taixin's core technology electronic control system and hydraulic system, it fully leverages its ultra-high energy efficiency.

In addition, Taixin's self-made special chassis for rotary drilling RIGS adopts the most advanced load sensing, load sensitivity and proportional control hydraulic system in China at present. It perfectly matches the power system with the hydraulic system, making the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving, and can create higher benefits for customers.

In Lushan, the low clean space drilling rig KR300ES is involved in the expansion project of Lushan High-speed Railway Station. This project requires that the construction process should not have any impact on the operation of high-speed railways. The equipment should not exceed 11 meters in height, 28 meters in depth, and the pile diameter should reach 1 meter. It also needs to have a strong rock-penetrating capacity. At the same time, the construction process should not cause any disturbance to the surrounding slope strata. The construction difficulty is extremely high. The KR300ES rotary drilling rig, with its outstanding performance featuring a maximum drilling depth of 35m, a construction height of 10m, a maximum construction diameter of 2m, and a power head torque of 320kN.m, has successfully addressed the construction challenges encountered in engineering projects, such as limited space, large pile diameter, deep depth, and the need for rock penetration.

In Wu 'an City, Hebei Province, KR300ES participated in the steel reorganization and relocation project of Hebei Taihang Iron and Steel Group. This project is constructed within a factory building, with a height limit of 11 meters. The construction area is narrow, and the on-site hole diameter is 800mm, with a depth of approximately 20 to 31 meters. The construction site is surrounded by mountains on all sides, with undulating hills and abundant mineral resources. The geological conditions mainly consist of backfill soil, silky clay, moderately weathered and slightly weathered fossil limestone. The geological structure is complex, making the construction extremely difficult. The slightly weathered limestone is 4 meters deep, which greatly tests the stability and reliability of the drilling rig as well as the judgment ability of the operator. KR300ES, with its unique performance, successfully formed holes with the full support of the experts from Taiheng's basic construction methods, earning unanimous praise from the client.
