A power system that is not afraid of low temperatures

XCMG snow removal and motor grader adopts engine variable power control technology and has two modes: power and economy. It can effectively save fuel when removing snow. For extreme environments, low-temperature batteries, engine intake preheating systems, and fuel heater systems are adopted, and an ultra-low-temperature cold start system is configured to ensure normal start-up and operation in an ambient temperature of ≥ -40 ℃. Equipped with an engine system that starts at low temperatures, a sensitive hydraulic system, drive devices and working devices that adapt to snow removal conditions, it meets the customers' needs for continuous and stable operation at low temperatures and the removal of road icing in snow removal conditions.

A highly adaptable hydraulic system

According to the special working conditions of the actual ice and snow road surface with variable hardness and softness, the hydraulic system adopts a sensitive floating function design, which enables the blade of the shovel to better contact the ground and float according to the undulating road conditions, protecting the blade while achieving a better snow removal effect. The increase in the displacement of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor by the operation system has raised the response speed of the operation cylinder by 20%. During snow removal, it can precisely handle the accumulated snow at different positions. The dual-circuit hydraulic braking system offers twice the safety guarantee compared to the traditional single-circuit system, ensuring the safety and sensitivity of braking in snowy and slippery working conditions.

A working device specially designed for snow removal

The rotational force is 60% higher than that of ordinary motor graders, enabling load-bearing rotation and achieving higher efficiency on icy roads. The wear resistance of the working device has been enhanced, significantly extending the service life of the product. The 360° rotating shovel and the 35° front shovel swing Angle left and right make it easy to clear snow from the road surface. The front shovel floats at an Angle of 5° up and down to better fit the ground. It adopts a maintenance-free slewing bearing design, eliminating the need to add lubricating oil for maintenance every day. This reduces the maintenance workload of operators in extremely cold environments.
