With obvious advantages, it won the bid in one fell swoop. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is vast and rich in resources, with abundant mineral resources. It has always been a must-win territory for construction machinery manufacturers. For this purchase of large-tonnage equipment, the customer started the selection work before the Spring Festival, compared the product parameters of various manufacturers, conducted on-site inspections of each manufacturer after the Spring Festival, and carried out test drives and actual operations of the equipment to be purchased. After a series of rigorous screenings including performance comparison, operation comparison, price comparison, and after-sales maintenance policy comparison, the Shantui L76-G large-tonnage loader finally won the favor of the customer with its novel appearance, solid quality reliability, and excellent performance. The customer ordered 10 Shantui L76-G loaders at one time.

We will fully meet our customers' demands. After the order was placed, the customer, based on the on-site working conditions, put forward new requirements: the wear resistance of the bucket teeth must be good, and the exposed high-temperature parts of the engine must be heat-insulated. The customer's requirements are orders! The R&D personnel responded positively and designed a special bucket for the customer. The bucket teeth, tooth sleeves and wear-resistant plates provided are all parts for excavator buckets, and the wear resistance has been doubled. For the high-temperature components of the engine, heat insulation protective sleeves were specially customized. Due to the short construction period, Shantui Company assigned dedicated personnel to closely monitor the entire process. After verification and confirmation, it was ensured that the installation was completed before departure and the entire machine was smoothly delivered to the customer.

The equipment has been delivered to the site and is showing its prowess. Among the ten pieces of equipment delivered in this batch, seven are engaged in site leveling, unloading and loading, surface stripping and waste dump operations in large open-pit coal mines in Xinjiang, while three are used for unloading and loading in open-pit coal mines in Inner Mongolia. Since the equipment was delivered to the site, the attendance rate has been very high, with an average daily working time of over 20 hours. As of July, all the equipment has exceeded 2,000 hours, with the maximum reaching over 2,300 hours.

On-site service, no worries. In order to enable the L76-G loader to better create value for customers, the after-sales service department of Shantui has dispatched dedicated personnel and vehicles to provide on-site services, truly achieving "fast, accurate, stable and resolute". Whether it is daily maintenance or problem handling, they are very proactive and take advantage of the breaks when customers are out of service to complete the tasks, ensuring a high equipment availability rate. At the same time, we carefully collect and organize the feedback and suggestions raised by customers regarding the vehicle model during actual use, and promptly feed them back to the R&D department for rectification until the customers are satisfied. Fuel-efficient and highly efficient, additional orders are required. After several months of use, the customer was very satisfied with the usage situation. The whole machine has high efficiency and low fuel consumption. According to the calculation of Captain Wang of the fleet, the average fuel consumption is 16.8L/H, far exceeding their expectations. So when our R&D and after-sales personnel visited the site, the team leader happily told us, "A 7-ton forklift with a fuel consumption of 5 tons. We really made the right choice!" Soon, the two improved and optimized L76-Gs were delivered as scheduled. The commonly used spare parts randomly included also delighted the customers, who kept giving them praise!

Word-of-mouth promotion is unstoppable. Up to now, more than ten L76-G loaders have been expanding the territory for customers in mines in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. When customers talk about Shantui loaders, they always speak highly of them.
