Recently, the first FR1000F of Liewo Heavy Industry was grandly launched at the overseas business conference and global New product release of Liewo Heavy Industry. On July 31st, this 100-ton behemoth was loaded onto a vehicle and dispatched, delivered to the gold application provider.

The FR1000F is a brand-new 100-ton F-generation mining excavator developed by Lovol Heavy Industry for mining operations. Its birth marks a new breakthrough in Lovol's mining excavator research and development. It is another significant achievement of the coordinated matching of the "Lovol whole machine + Weichai engine + Linde hydraulic" three-party control system, as well as the deep unification and coupling of control strategies and data. It has met the higher demands of global customers for mining.

The mining tools stand out among the rest

In 2022, the FR700F rolled off the production line and was delivered to customers. The customer casually said, "When can we use the 100-ton mine of Liewo for mining?" " This sentence was deeply engraved in the heart of the director of the research institute. Back at the factory, we promptly initiated the project and, in collaboration with Weichai Power and Linde Hydraulic, established the FR1000F project team. Agents, strategic clients and other personnel form an "unofficial" team to cooperate with the project team at any time to complete market research, demand development and other work.

Time is tight and the task is heavy. The R&D team worked overtime, constantly designing, discarding and redesigning, striving for the perfection of the last drawing. At the beginning of the project, everyone knew it was a war without gunsmoke. The development of this new product not only needs to meet the demands of various complex working conditions in the mine, but also strive for the best product performance, living up to the product label of "fuel-saving, efficient and reliable" of the Lovol brand, and meeting the customized demands of the mining customer group.

Coming powerfully

Through continuous debugging and testing, the R&D team ultimately followed the FR700F variable track chassis. This chassis can be narrowed to within 3.5 meters during transfer transportation, meeting the requirements of road transportation. Relax during operation to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. In addition, key components such as the four wheels, one belt, and slewing bearings are benchmarked against world-class products, enhanced and strengthened to meet the demands of high-intensity operations, achieving a breakthrough in domestic durability.

The FR1000F is equipped with Weichai's high-end M series engines and has a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. It adopts a large-displacement main pump, and the main valve has undergone 3 million impact tests on an ultra-high pressure durability test bench, thus having a longer service life.
