Power increase

Improving efficiency has always been a frequent demand raised by all the bosses. There are many factors that determine whether an excavator can move fast or not. Of course, the most important thing is that the power core should have a greater core power. The "three ones and Four upgrades" have basically increased the power calibration of all engines to some extent, ensuring sufficient power reserves for construction operations.

Take SY485H as an example. The power of the National III version is only 300kw, but when upgraded to the National IV version, it has 310kw.

Loss reduction

The core power should be sufficient, and the kinetic energy loss within it should also be reduced, so that the overall power of the equipment can be precisely transmitted to the pump and valve, making the movement of the excavator smooth. Relying on the R&D data from multiple global R&D centers and the operation data uploaded and fed back by excavators, Sany has once again optimized the kinetic energy transmission adjustment, achieving a further reduction in fuel consumption.

Take the SY200C National IV version as an example. It adopts HSSC full electronic control technology. The load valve can independently control the inlet and return oil, reducing flow loss.

ACE Technology

In addition, on the main valve, ACE technology is also installed, which can further reduce kinetic energy consumption and create greater economic benefits.

Take SY485H as an example. The classic hydraulic multi-way valve KMX32NA is adopted, and on this basis, a new ACE control system is used. The control of the bucket rod adopts semi-electric control. Further reduce fuel consumption and create more benefits for customers.
