When installing the clutch, calcium-based grease should be filled in the inner cavity of the release bearing. This machine has a grease nipple on the outside of the release bearing, and vaseline (grease) should be injected regularly and in limited quantities.
2) When installing the clutch, the locating manhole should first be inserted into the bearing to ensure that the splined holes of the main and auxiliary friction plate assemblies are concentric with the flywheel, facilitating the connection and installation of the transmission assembly.
3) The maintenance contents include cleaning the shell, checking and adjusting the separation gap, regularly injecting lubricating grease, and cleaning the oil stains on the friction plates when necessary.
