Maintenance
What maintenance work needs to be done for a motor grader in its daily operation?
How should motor graders be maintained? In addition to regular maintenance and inspection of the motor grader's parts and equipment on a regular basis, some simple cleaning and maintenance are also required for the maintenance of the motor grader. Next, let's take a look at what maintenance is needed for the motor grader in its daily operation?
For any machine, what we care about most is whether it is undamaged and whether it will affect normal use.
The same is true for motor motors. Regular basic checks should be carried out on a regular basis, such as inspecting the connection and tightness of each component of the locomotive parts. Special attention should be paid to checking whether the connection bolts between the frame and the rear axle, as well as the connection bolts of the drive wheel rims, are loose or broken. If any looseness or breakage is found, they must be tightened or replaced in a timely manner.
Also, check and eliminate any oil leakage from all parts of the locomotive, the oil levels of the engine oil, fuel oil and hydraulic oil, and add new oil to the specified oil gauge as required.
If no of the above problems are found, it is also necessary to pay attention to cleaning the surface and interior of the motor grader, such as the accumulated dust and adhered sand, and remove the oil stains on the engine, hydraulic components and various parts. During the cleaning process, be careful not to get the dirt into each filling port and air filter.
