Troubleshooting and Precautions for Mobile Tower Crane Outriggers
Troubleshooting methods for mobile tower cranes: First, replace with new parts; The second is maintenance and adjustment. In addition, the following points should be noted during the disassembly, assembly and maintenance process.
Before maintenance, clean the exterior of the moving outriggers (such as pipe joints, etc.) thoroughly first.
2. All disassembled pipe joints should be wrapped with cloth to prevent impurities from falling in.
3. The pistons, cylinder barrels, etc. must be thoroughly cleaned and dried.
Before assembly, apply hydraulic oil to the inner surfaces of the piston and cylinder barrel, oil seals, etc. for lubrication.
5. When assembling, a protective ring should be placed on the piston to prevent the oil seal from being scratched.
When installing check valves, the tightening torque of various pipe heads should not be too large to avoid deformation of the valve body, which may cause the valve core and guiding piston to malfunction.
7. Due to the fact that the hydraulic check valve has the performance of controllable reverse opening and plays a safety role in preventing the ousupport seat from retracting, it is necessary to pay attention to the maintenance of the check valve.
