Site Report: SMHDA contributes to the highway project construction of Guangxi Construction Engineering First Construction Group

The SMHDA crawler-type mobile crushing and screening equipment of SMHDA was delivered to Guangxi Construction Engineering First Construction Group in August 2022, assisting the group in the construction of its expressway projects. While serving the construction of expressways, SMHDA of SMHDA has also further expanded its service scope in expressway construction.

This project has rock and waste rock resources, with the maximum feeding size being approximately 600 millimeters. The crushed materials are about 30 to 40 millimeters in diameter and are mainly used as the paving material for the low base layer roadbed. After crushing, the material is 20 to 30 millimeters thick and is used as the paving material for the water-stabilized layer. After crushing, the material is 10 to 20 millimeters thick and is used as the spreading material for the bonding layer. After crushing, the material is 5 to 10 millimeters thick and is used as the surface layer spreading material.

3-STEP COMMISSIONING ON SITE

Step 1: Delivery for production

This machine was delivered by the SMHDA China service team of SMHDA. It operates for 10 hours a day, with a production capacity of 150 to 200 tons per hour. The stable and efficient crushing ratio and the relatively low power operation cost are the main factors for customers to choose SMHDA.

Step 2: On-site customized training (Focus on the following three issues)

01 Safe Operation

"Safety first" is the core value of SMHDA in China and even globally. After the machine is delivered, SMHDA service engineers will provide customers with a one-week training course on specific safety, operation and maintenance at the work site. Service engineers are on-site to guide users in constantly practicing the locking/unlocking safety procedures to ensure their own and the machine's safety during operation, inspection, repair or maintenance.

02 Optimal Production

"Customer-centricity" is the corporate code of conduct that SMHDA has always adhered to, permeating all kinds of affairs and activities related to customers. During the equipment delivery period, training on how to help users quickly master how to produce efficiently and maximally is very important. 03 Maintenance and Upkeep

"Workmen who wish to do their job well must first sharpen their tools." The daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment are the foundation for the stable operation of construction machinery. During the equipment delivery period of SMHDA, on-site training pays great attention to the content of daily maintenance and upkeep. The technical training engineers of Smanda have prepared practical and detailed maintenance and care training courses for customers. They offer one-on-one on-site teaching to ensure that customers can quickly and comprehensively master the relevant knowledge and skills in a short period of time, providing a strong guarantee for their future production and operation.

Step 3: Equipment delivery and application services

SMHDA is committed to providing comprehensive solutions, promptly and effectively identifying problems, and offering customers more optimized operational procedures. Marketing Director Christopher Lee introduced: "During the equipment delivery, commissioning and technical training for users this time, our team found that some of the crushed raw materials came from the surface weathered rock of kaishan, which had a relatively high mud content/water content." We immediately arranged for the application technology team, the sales team and the customer to hold a technical exchange meeting. We provided reasonable suggestions for construction optimization on the spot and suggested that the customer conduct pre-screening before crushing to reduce the mud content in the crushing line stage, thereby enhancing the overall crushing processing capacity of the line and further lowering the operating costs of the production line.

After the technical exchange, the client accepted our suggestions. Liu Xin, the project manager on site, said: "Currently, the production line is operating efficiently and stably, fully meeting the requirements of aggregate quality and delivery time for expressway construction.
