For the hoisting of a 500-meter-long super-long pipeline, XCMG's 25-ton crane, in collaboration with Shangchai Power's 9DF, once again takes on a highly challenging project

Recently, over 20 XCMG cranes gathered together to complete a highly challenging task: transporting a 500-meter-long thermal pipeline to a height of 17 meters underground.

This hoisting task is a bottleneck project in the high-temperature water heating pipeline project of "North-to-South Heat Transmission" in Xuzhou. The project party stated: "The case of 20 cranes lifting is relatively rare in the hoisting industry." This project has a large working area and complex working conditions, which requires that the power output of the crane not only be powerful but also precise.

There are over 20 XCMG cranes on site, covering models of 25 tons, 35 tons, 50 tons, 80 tons, etc. Among them, the 25-ton XCMG crane is equipped with the 9DF engine from Shangchai Power.

The operator said that the XCMG 25-ton crane equipped with Shangchai Power 9DF has high output stability, strong explosive power and good operability. "It's like 'Zhang Fei's embroidery', with both sufficient muscles and delicate operation."

The 9DF engine of Shangchai Power has a power range of 180 to 360 horsepower and a torque reserve of up to 40%. It is powerful and highly efficient. Meanwhile, the 9DF output is precise and stable, meeting the requirements of hoisting operations for the "micro-movement, stability and accuracy" of lifting equipment.

With the close cooperation and precise coordination of over 20 XCMG cranes, the hoisting task was successfully completed, ensuring the progress of the local major public welfare project and earning recognition and praise from the client. According to the customer's introduction, after the completion of this project, it will meet the heating area of 5 to 10 million square meters, effectively addressing the heating needs of local residents.
