Integrated DC charging pile
Shandong Lingong's integrated DC charging piles take high-protection modules as the core. This series of products features a novel appearance and friendly human-machine interaction. The core components of the product are fully filled with glue, featuring a maintenance-free design, stronger environmental adaptability, a wider voltage output range, and support for high-power dual-gun simultaneous charging.
Three types of charging piles are available for selection: 240/320/360KW.

Highly efficient and energy-saving, safe and reliable
It can reliably bear heavy responsibilities
The module has zero standby power consumption, the system's standby loss is less than 25W, and the overall efficiency reaches 95.5%. The system's sleep time can be set from 1 to 60 minutes, fully leveraging the value of every kilowatt-hour of electricity.
Taking 10 standard 160KW charging stations as an example, with an average usage rate of 20% for charging piles on the market and an 8-year life cycle for each pile, each charging station can save 15,360 yuan in costs.
2. The core components adopt a full potting process, reducing the failure rate by 90% and ensuring an effective lifespan of up to 10 years.

3. The power distribution modules of the front and rear compartments are separated, and the front compartment is in a closed state to prevent dust and moisture.
4. The entire series features a DC output side ventilation design, which ensures longer device lifespan and more reliable charging. The three-layer protection design achieves an IP55 high protection level.
5. Low noise, three-dimensional speed regulation of the modular fan, eliminating noise pollution, low radiation, EMC no lower than level 4, reducing interference with surrounding electrical equipment, environmentally friendly.
6. The safety protection level has been enhanced by configuring functions such as charging gun return detection, remote power cut-off technology, high-voltage safety protection inside the cabinet, real-time detection of smoke, water immersion and toppling inside the cabinet.

Through the deep integration of new-generation information technology, intelligent control technology and big data technology, a vertical integration of the equipment layer, control layer and management layer is formed, achieving functions such as unmanned operation, remote control, status monitoring, abnormal early warning, fault diagnosis, self-repair and intelligent management of charging facilities. Through the intelligent operation and maintenance system, proactive operation and maintenance and socialized operation and maintenance can be achieved, improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance work.
It features online fault diagnosis and OTA technology, self-launch and remote configuration, complete security protection functions and fault alarm capabilities, as well as remote upgrade, remote detection, remote restart and remote power cut-off functions.

The status indicator light shows the operating status of the charging pile such as "standby, gun inserted, charging in progress, fault", etc. Ceiling light status reminder: Confirm the availability of the charging pile from a distance to prevent empty running when entering the station.

Precautions
After charging is complete, make sure to reset the charging gun and do not throw it directly on the ground.
When removing and resetting the charging gun from the pile body, be sure to straighten the cable of the charging gun to avoid twisting.
When plugging or unplugging the charging gun, make sure to adjust the Angle properly, apply force evenly and avoid violent plugging or unplugging.
4. Do not press the emergency stop button except in an emergency.
5. When actively ending charging, please note to use the normal process to end charging first, and then unplug the gun.
