Boom system upgrade

The ZA16NJE-V inherits the excellent stability of high-end products, with very little boom swing. The reason for this is attributed to the mid-mounted boom design layout and the adoption of higher structural rigidity (both lateral and vertical stiffness have been enhanced), which results in less sway of the boom during lifting and lowering, and a more stable working platform, providing the driver and passengers with a "as stable as a mountain" control experience.

The flyarm length of ZA16NJE-V is 1.5 meters, which is 0.3 meters longer than that of the previous generation product, effectively expanding the adaptability and operating range of the platform.

Electric independent emergency power system

The previous generation of products adopted a manual emergency system, which required manually shaking the emergency descent pump to lower the working platform to the ground. The ZA16NJE-V has been upgraded to an electric emergency system (with a micro hydraulic pump powered by an independent battery) to achieve boom descent reset. The electric emergency system is as easy to operate as usual. It can be completed on the working platform, which is simple and effortless.

Full-vehicle motion AC drive system

The ZA16NJE-V adopts a precise and efficient on-board action AC drive system and a walking AC drive system. Compared with the DC pump drive system used in the previous generation of products, the ZA16NJE-V has stronger power performance, more stable closed-loop control, better handling and comfort, and the operating platform does not shake, with a significant improvement in stability. In addition, the AC motor of the entire vehicle adopts a maintenance-free design and does not require daily maintenance.

In addition to the above four major upgrades, the ZA16 J-V has many other highlights:

Compared with other electric products of the same meter range, the ZA16NIGE-V is designed to be more compact. Its storage length is 6.5 meters, the storage width is only 1.75 meters, and the storage height is 2 meters. In addition, the product adopts a lightweight design, weighing only 6,700 kilograms. It can be transported by a smaller trailer, thus saving transportation costs.

The product adopts a large-displacement hydraulic pump, allowing the main boom (luffing), tower boom (telescopic), and flying boom (luffing) to perform multiple compound actions simultaneously, effectively enhancing construction efficiency.

The operation of ZA16NJE-V is simple. The control panel on the turntable is equipped with an LCD display screen, which can query 200 types of faults, facilitating quick fault diagnosis and verification.

The product is equipped with solid low rolling resistance tires as standard

The product adopts a large steering Angle design, with an external turning radius of only 3.15m, which can adapt to small-scale mobile operations. The product is standardly equipped with solid low rolling resistance tires of 250-15 specification, which have outstanding wear resistance. It can also be optionally equipped with foam-filled tires or seamless rubber tires with better cushioning performance, making it suitable for use in special occasions.

This product can be paired with two types of batteries

The ZA16NJE-V is equipped with a large-capacity lead-acid battery, ensuring longer battery life. In addition, this product also has a lithium battery version (ZA16NJE-V Li), which features large battery capacity, long service life and excellent discharge performance.
