The all-new upgraded Steel Warrior SY550H is a 50-ton super mining excavator product developed by Sany Heavy Machinery. It is specially designed for heavy-duty mining conditions. As a classic mining excavator, it has outstanding performance and excellent results, and has won the "TOP50 Application Contribution Gold Award" of China Construction Machinery.

The all-new SY550H National IV engine has been comprehensively upgraded around "new power", "new design" and "new technology", featuring strong power and user-friendly operation, meeting various operational requirements.

Hydraulic system: Equipped with a fully electrically controlled main valve and main pump of a well-known brand. The displacement of the main pump has been upgraded from 212cc to 240cc. It adopts a 36-diameter main valve core, reducing system pressure loss, improving efficiency and lowering fuel consumption.

Power system: Equipped with a custom-imported engine from Sany, with a rated power of 310kW, it has sufficient torque reserve and stable output within the effective working range, helping customers solve problems under heavy-load working conditions. Adopting DOC+DPF+SCR post-treatment technology, the urea pipeline is heated by electricity, which reduces fuel consumption, cleans emissions, and is more environmentally friendly, bringing real benefits to customers.

Bucket upgrade: Standard equipped with a 3.2m³ large bucket, and can be equipped with a 3.5m³ super-large bucket. It is suitable for the harsh working environment in mines and the loading of crushed stones and granite, etc. The structure of the wear-resistant blade plate ensures a longer service life.

Four types of serialized buckets can be configured to meet the requirements of "one bucket for one situation", improve construction efficiency, easily handle various complex working conditions, and enhance product value and customer profitability.

Boom boom upgrade: Fully apply 20,000-hour working device technology to ensure high reliability and longer service life of the working device. The box structure of the boom and the bucket rod has been enlarged and widened, with multiple inner stiffening plates inside. High-strength materials are used. Through full data tests under actual mining conditions and rigorous durability tests, its high reliability is ensured.

AOCT self-optimization control System: By adopting AOCT self-optimization control technology, it ensures that all gears and modes operate within the engine's optimal fuel consumption zone and the main pump's high volumetric efficiency zone based on different working conditions. This achieves a perfect match between the engine and the main pump, thereby achieving outstanding performance with high efficiency and low fuel consumption.

Mine type undercarriage: This heavy-duty four-wheel and one-belt design is specially designed for mines. The cross-section of the main frame is raised, and the structure of the track guard plate is strengthened. It is sturdy, wear-resistant, stable and reliable. The tracks are made of high-strength special steel rolled into three-toothed plates, which offer better grounding, higher stability and stronger durability.
