At the design level: The design of asphalt concrete mixing equipment must first follow the "three benchmarks and one consistency" principle, that is, the design benchmark, processing benchmark and installation benchmark must be completely consistent. Only in this way can the intrinsic quality of the product be guaranteed. 2. Production level: Details determine quality. Good design must be guaranteed by good craftsmanship. Pay close attention to the details of the craftsmanship and ensure that every weld seam and every screw is strictly required. 3. Configuration level: I won't go into the major configurations here, but the detailed configurations must be done well. The pneumatic components that are most prone to problems are solenoid valves and coils. They must be equipped with pneumatic boxes and installed in moisture-proof places. It is reflected in the following aspects: 1. The lifting plates inside the drying cylinder are arranged in an angular streamlined pattern. When the aggregates run inside, they form a evenly scattered material curtain, which improves the thermal efficiency of the aggregate drying cylinder. 2. The coal-fired dyeing device is our product. The coal-fired dyeing device greatly increases the effective calorific value of coal by crushing it into extremely fine particles. It features multiple air ducts, complete combustion and strong firepower. Compared with fuel, it can reduce costs by about 80%, with significant economic benefits. It eliminates the drawback that other manufacturers often burn out the outlet and furnace chamber, and requires no maintenance. 3. The mixing cylinder is a key component of the mixer. The aspect ratio parameters of the design stirring tank, the volume coefficient of the stirring tank, the arrangement density of the stirring arms, and the setting Angle of the stirring blades will affect the stirring output and stirring quality. Based on the structural features of imported mixers and my research on their advanced experience, I have made reliable improvements to the spacing of the stirring arms and the Angle of the stirring blades through continuous exploration. 4. The motor control adopts advanced electrical components, with the main components being products from Siemens, Schneider, Omron, etc., ensuring the reliability of long-term use. The motor drive control circuit is equipped with a "protection circuit" based on the sequence of start-up, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the operation during the working process. The motor of the belt feeder in the ground distribution hopper adopts variable frequency speed regulation control, which improves the accuracy of speed regulation. 5. The control system adopts microcomputer control. This product has strong anti-interference ability and good operational reliability. The microcomputer automatic control system adopts the lower computer to detect and process production variables, and the upper computer to reliably control the production process, achieving fully automatic operation.
