Five major matters that need to be followed in the hydraulic system of cranes

The crane is hydraulically powered and is equipped with various hydraulic devices. Therefore, if the operation and maintenance rules are not strictly followed, not only will it be impossible to fully exert the due performance, but also the service life of the machine parts will be shortened. Therefore, when conducting homework, the following matters must be strictly observed.

Before starting the operation, it should be determined through the oil tank level window whether the hydraulic oil is filled up as required. If it is below the specified mark, it must be replenished. When refueling, it is essential to fill through the fuel filter screen and be extremely careful not to mix in oil of different grades or impurities such as water.

The filter element of the oil filter should be inspected after 250 hours of operation. If necessary, it should be cleaned or replaced.

3. The hydraulic oil tank should be drained of water and impurities from the bottom oil drain port once every half a month, and all the hydraulic oil should be replaced every year (or after 2000 hours of operation). If the oil has not deteriorated, the oil change cycle can be appropriately extended. When cranes are operating in particularly harsh environments, the oil replacement cycle should be shortened accordingly.

4. All kinds of valves in the hydraulic system have been fully tested before leaving the factory and the pressure and flow have been adjusted properly. Do not touch them casually.

5. All kinds of machine parts, especially the devices of the hydraulic system, must be kept away from dirt. After doing the work, be sure to clean up all the dust and oil stains thoroughly.
