Assembly requirements for forklift gear oil pumps
All parts that have not been demagnetized should be demagnetized completely. Surface burrs should be removed. At the specified sharp corners, sharp corners should be maintained and rounded without chamfering.
2) All parts should be cleaned in the cleaning oil and then wiped clean with a cloth that does not shed fibers. Rubber parts should be cleaned in turpentine.
3) The needle rollers should fully fill the bearing housing ring without any omissions. The diameter difference of each needle roller should not exceed 0.003mm, and the length difference should not exceed 0.1mm. Moreover, the length must not exceed the end face of the bearing housing. Keep the clearance between the shaft and the bearing housing ring at 0.01mm. At the same time, the position of the retaining ring must not be higher than the end face of the bearing housing ring, and it is only allowed to be 1.2mm lower.
4) The lateral clearance between the flat key on the shaft and the keyway of the gear should not be too large, the top surface should not rub against each other, and it should be able to be pushed in easily. The shaft should not have radial swing inside the gear. The length of the flat key must not exceed both end faces of the gear.
5) The needle roller bearings of the oil pump should be vertically pressed into the holes of the front and rear pump covers. The needle rollers should rotate flexibly within the cage of the needle roller bearings. After the shaft is installed, it should also remain flexible and unobstructed.
6) During assembly, the screws should be tightened evenly while checking for any uneven rotation of weight. After assembly, when rotating the driving shaft, it should be ensured that it rotates smoothly by hand without any obstruction.
