Whether the paving material is the relatively large particle size asphalt concrete commonly used in the base layer or the special SMA modified asphalt material, the Super 3000-3i performs exceptionally well.

With a high output power of 354kW and a powerful paving capacity of 1800 tons per hour, the Super 3000-3i can maintain a stable construction speed of 2-2.5m per minute when laying a 15.5m ultra-wide surface layer, precisely laying a seamless, non-segregated and highly flat surface layer.

Meanwhile, the new SB 350-3TV mechanically reinforced screed plate configured in the Vogler Super 3000-3i is equipped with 1.25m wide hydraulic end extension devices on both sides, with a total adjustment range of 2.5m, which can ensure the large width and flexibility of the machine during paving It is sufficient to deal with the possible widening during the paving process of high-grade highways.
