1. Engine

Engine oil and oil filter elements must be genuine parts and replaced according to the prescribed maintenance cycle. Old engines require more careful care. The replacement time of engine oil and oil filter can be appropriately shortened to extend the engine's lifespan. Try to use diesel provided by regular gas stations. Even if the diesel is added at regular gas stations, do not directly add it to the fuel tank. Before adding, filter it first. Before starting work every day, drain water at the bottom of the diesel tank and the oil-water separator.

2. Hydraulic

Replace the hydraulic oil, return oil filter element and pilot filter element as per the prescribed maintenance cycle, and pay attention to whether there are iron filings or copper filings adhering to the filter element. When using a breaker, the deterioration of hydraulic oil accelerates, and the replacement cycle should be shortened.

Do not operate for a long time without oil. After changing the hydraulic oil or hydraulic components, be sure to expel the air.

3. Electrical

Pay attention to waterproofing. Do not engage in deep-water operations. When cleaning, do not directly rinse electrical components with water.

Do not stack sundries in the battery box, especially metal tools, as they can easily cause fires. Do not replace fuses with iron or copper wires, nor replace them with fuses that do not meet the specifications. When the excavator is parked for a long time, the battery cable should be removed to prevent power loss.

4. Machinery

The gear oil of the rotary reducer and the walking reducer should be replaced periodically. Pay attention to cleaning the dirt and debris from the pin shaft part and apply grease. When wading through water and the water overflows the rotating gear ring, be sure to replace the grease inside the rotating gear ring. Pay attention to rust prevention of the cylinder rod. When the excavator is parked for a long time, apply grease to the exposed metal parts to prevent rust.

5. Structure

Check every day whether the pin shaft bolts are loose, fallen off or missing, and tighten them in time.

Check the structure for any cracks or deformations every day. When parking an excavator, pay attention to the surrounding environment. Park it on a solid, stable and hard ground. Do not park it by the river, on the edge of a cliff or at the foot of a hillside to prevent unexpected accidents. When parking, fully retract the bucket cylinder and let the bucket touch the ground to prevent the cylinder from being hit.
