In early autumn in North China, the heat has not yet dissipated. At the material yard of a well-known local energy company, several XCMG LW900KN large-tonnage loaders are working in an orderly manner in coordination with large wheeled coal loaders.

The huge bucket lifted the materials rapidly and steadily. As the bucket leaned forward, the coal poured down. Even from a distance, one could feel the layers of heat waves caused by the coal hitting the ground.

This energy company is adjacent to the port and has two transportation routes: trains and cargo ships, with a huge throughput. Every year, nearly 50 million tons of raw coal are transported here from Shanxi and Inner Mongolia. After undergoing washing, processing and other treatments, they are supplied to domestic and international markets to meet energy demands.

It is precisely because of the large volume of work and high intensity that conventional equipment is simply unable to handle it. At the beginning, all the brands used were imported, but the supply of spare parts couldn't keep up with the pace of Chinese users. Master Zheng, the person in charge of the fleet, recalled.

Last year, the company decided to purchase a new batch of loaders to replace the old equipment. XCMG's vehicles have excellent performance, can shovel a lot, and their various designs are also very user-friendly. Not long after the bidding meeting ended, the customer decided to purchase four XCMG 9-ton loaders.

In September 2021, four XCMG LW900KN units arrived at the work site. Within one year, each unit has been in operation for over 3,000 hours, capable of meeting various operational demands on the production site.

Stable and reliable, with high efficiency and an extremely low failure rate, customers are very satisfied: "On a daily basis, four loaders work in two shifts. When the workload is heavy, all four have to operate 24 hours a day. XCMG is very reliable."

It so happened that there was a shift handover. The operator also praised the XCMG LW900KN: "XCMG vehicles don't consume much fuel, the air conditioning is good, and the seats are very comfortable. You won't feel very tired after a shift." Although it is a 9-ton vehicle, it can shovel about 10 tons each time, and the working efficiency is very high.

XCMG's service is very thorough, with prompt responses. Moreover, the service staff frequently communicate and exchange with the fleet operators, popularizing some operation methods and precautions. When it comes to service, Engineer Zheng is also very satisfied.
