The new model of Fugler large paver, Super 2180 Li, which meets the National IV emission standards
Fogler has newly launched two high-grade road large-scale pavers that meet the National IV emission standards: the high-end series model Super 2180-3LI and the classic series model Super 2180 Li.
These two models are low-carbon and environmentally friendly. Among them, the classic series model Super 2180 Li continues the advantageous paving technology of Fogler and is developed in combination with the actual needs of the Chinese market. It is sturdy and durable, economical and efficient, and has an outstanding cost performance.
The maximum paving width reaches 13 meters. The strong paving capacity achieves a high-level paving effect, providing an ideal choice for large-scale overlay construction of expressways, airport runways, large squares and traffic areas for project contractors who focus on practical effects and pursue quality.

Stronger power, laying out hard power
The new model is equipped with a powerful new Cummins engine that meets the National IV emission standards, with a rated output power of 191 kW at 2000 RPM, providing sufficient power reserve. The equipment's spreading capacity can reach 1,100 tons per hour, and the maximum spreading thickness can reach 50 cm.
Compared with the high production capacity of the equipment, the emissions and unit fuel consumption of this model have achieved an ideal balance through cutting-edge drive technology: By using diesel particulate filters (DPF), diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC) in combination with selective catalytic reduction devices (SCR), and adding diesel engine exhaust gas treatment fluid (urea water solution) for effective post-treatment of exhaust emissions, combined with intelligent electronic control of the engine, the harmful substances are significantly reduced.
In addition, the engine of the Super 2180 Li is equipped with an ECO economy mode. In this mode, the engine speed drops from 2000 RPM to 1700 RPM, which can further reduce fuel consumption and emissions, making it more economical and environmentally friendly.
The operation is simple and practical, and the spreading is precise and efficient
The Super 2180 Li is equipped with the ErgoBasic human-machine interaction intelligent basic control system, which is developed from the well-tested ErgoPlus operating system. All control components are arranged according to functional logic, making the operation simple and practical. Meanwhile, the Super 2180 Li is also equipped with the Niveltronic Basic automatic longitudinal and transverse slope control system integrated with ErgoBasic.
This system can be simultaneously connected to two longitudinal slope sensors and one transverse slope sensor, and automatically detect the type of sensor used, enabling the operator to precisely control the equipment to ensure high flatness of the paving.
In addition, this paver features an open port design, allowing for the rapid integration of Vogler's 3D intelligent digital paving technology. It enables precise control of thickness, width, and linearity during the paving process, down to the millimeter level, meeting the strict paving requirements of the project design.
Enhanced paving function, high-quality guarantee
For large pavers, material segregation is a common problem encountered during construction when performing wide-width paving. The large hopper capacity of the Super 2180 Li reaches 15 tons. The specially designed swing push roller can move forward by 150mm and 75mm, facilitating impact-free connection with various material carts and achieving rapid and smooth unloading.
In addition, the height of the auger can be hydraulically adjusted steplessly, with a range of up to 20 cm, which can quickly adapt to the required paving thickness across the entire width. The proportionally controlled scraper feeder always ensures that there is the required material level in front of the screed, thereby achieving an excellent paving effect. Based on these existing advantageous technologies, this new type of paver from Fogler has further optimized the material conveying system and added an anti-segregation package configuration, which can more effectively prevent segregation and ensure better paving quality.
In addition, Fogler was one of the earliest manufacturers to develop electric heating for ironing plates decades ago. It has accumulated rich experience in construction site applications, continuously improved heating control technology, and innovatively adopted a maintenance-free direct drive design for generators.
The unique intelligent alternating heating mode and control technology effectively prevent the mixture from sticking together, ensuring a flatter surface structure and simultaneously guaranteeing the construction stability of the ironing plate. The precise range control of heating temperature enhances the utilization efficiency of the engine. This is also one of the reasons why the Vogler paver performs well in fuel efficiency and enjoys a good reputation.
The original imported ironing plate meets the needs of multi-functional uses
The main machines of these two types of pavers are made in China, and the matching screeds are produced by the German headquarters. These two large pavers also offer a variety of screed configurations for users to choose from. When the paving width changes frequently, the Vogler AB 570 and AB 600 hydraulic telescopic screed can be selected. When a large paving width is required, the Fogler SB 300 mechanical extended screed can also be selected to achieve a maximum paving width of 13 meters.
It is worth mentioning that by installing a 1.25m hydraulic end telescopic configuration at both ends of the mechanical plate, a total of 2.5m stepless width variation can be achieved while meeting the requirements of a large paving width, flexibly adapting to the width changes of highway Bridges, tunnels and other road surfaces.
In addition, there is a mechanical extended screed SB 300 HDT specially designed for laying cold materials (such as water-stabilized layer CTB) during base construction. Its relatively wide longitudinal ironing plate base plate achieves an excellent floating effect. According to the layer thickness and material, different hammer strokes of 2/4/7mm can be set. Combined with hammers of special geometric shapes, a relatively high degree of compaction is ensured.
