More efficient

The enhanced 60 planetary transmission specially designed for Sany loaders features a traction force increase of up to 182kN, offering better speed and power matching, faster running speed and action response rate, more flexible steering angles, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. It also has a larger torque converter capacity, a more reliable end face gear connection structure, and greater torque carrying and transmission capabilities.

More reliable

Both the front and rear drive axles are of reinforced structure, featuring full hydraulic braking and split clamps, which makes maintenance convenient. The rear axle is an integral swing frame, which is more reliable in structure and more suitable for heavy-load working conditions, significantly enhancing product reliability. The spiral bevel gears adopt equal-height teeth and undergo strong spray treatment. The wheel-side gears use a split structure. By using a reasonable heat treatment method, the torque carrying capacity of the product is improved, and the entire machine has a higher carrying capacity. Effective rounded corner transition treatment, the use of new material oil seals and the support of swing frames ensure reasonable force on the bridge, significantly extending its service life and increasing the overall lifespan of the machine.

More reasonably adopt load-sensitive hydraulic systems, distribute flow through flow control valves, prioritize the flow to the steering system at low speeds, and to the working system at high speeds. Energy is distributed as needed, and the energy efficiency distribution of the hydraulic system is reasonable. The front and rear axles feature dual-circuit independent braking, which has a low failure rate. The braking system is equipped with dual insurance, providing a higher safety factor. More convenient maintenance: Closed system, brake hydraulic oil is less likely to be contaminated by the outside world; Good heat dissipation of the brake hydraulic oil prevents the oil from overheating. The lifespan of braking components is longer and the failure rate is lower.
