As an electric drive assembly developed in the forward direction for the composite transportation conditions of new energy heavy-duty trucks, the PDS450K has attracted the attention of a large number of professional manufacturers since its debut at BUSWORLD. This electric drive model is equipped with a hub ICS450K and a four-speed transmission. The motor's high-efficiency zone reaches dual 92.5, significantly reducing energy consumption in more working conditions and lowering the user's operating costs.

Meanwhile, the self-weight of this drive assembly is only 355kg, with an axial dimension of 755mm. Compared with the scheme using radial flux motors, its self-weight is reduced by nearly 200kg, and the axial dimension is shortened by approximately 340mm. The extremely compact and lightweight design not only saves more layout space for the entire vehicle but also effectively enhances the vehicle's load-carrying capacity. Enable commercial vehicles to generate greater economic benefits during transportation.

The new generation of "metro bus" bus electric drive solution has further increased the peak power of the system assembly to 320kW, with stronger driving and carrying capacity. Meanwhile, this solution adopts an overall structure of "axial flux motor + planetary gear reduction", which has a higher degree of integration, occupies less space, and can achieve the "drive + steering" function of the rear wheels. Further enhance the operational flexibility of vehicles; Equipped with a new generation of electronic differential system and two-stage gear transmission, the transmission efficiency is increased by 5% to 6%. Innovative lightweight materials and processes have been adopted, reducing the overall weight by approximately 10% compared to the previous generation of products.

Up to now, more than 12,000 buses equipped with "metro buses" have been put into use in China, achieving disruptive value upgrades such as "full flat and low floor", "small models replacing large ones", and "large space expansion". In Europe, eVersum of Austria has introduced the hub "metro bus" public transportation solution since 2021. Currently, the complete vehicle products have achieved batch delivery and application. Established bus manufacturing enterprises such as Blus of France and Alexander Dennis of the UK also have a strong interest in this product. At this year's BUSWORLD exhibition, Panhu's "Metro Bus" public transportation solution once again attracted widespread attention, with many domestic and overseas customers and partners stopping to inquire.

The PDS310KWA electric drive solution from Panhu focuses on the demands of urban logistics, short-distance distribution, small/micro buses and other scenarios. With an axial flux motor and distributed wheel-side drive architecture design, it offers strong torque output and rapid response, fully meeting the power requirements of light commercial vehicles in complex road conditions.

Due to the integrated design of the drive motor and the hub height, when it is applied in the field of light box trucks, the cargo hold can be fully placed between the two drive wheels. Under the condition that the original vehicle height remains unchanged, the height of the cargo platform can be reduced by about 400mm, the cargo volume can be increased by more than 20%, and about 3.5m³ of goods can be added each time a vehicle is dispatched. - Under the condition that the overall usage cost remains almost unchanged Significantly enhance the revenue value for end users.
