The XRE268 rotary drilling rig is widely used in the hole-forming operations of concrete cast-in-place piles in the construction of highways, railways, Bridges, large venues and other projects, especially suitable for industrial and civil construction projects. Mechanical lock type or friction type drill pipes are adopted, and the operation is carried out in combination with sand-picking hoppers, cylindrical drills or short spiral hoppers and other rotary hoppers.

The XRE268 oil-electric hybrid rotary drilling rig is powered by both its engine and lithium battery, providing abundant power to meet various complex working conditions. The overall noise, emissions and fuel consumption of the machine have been significantly reduced.

For light-load operations, site transfers, and flatbed climbing vehicles, the XRE268 can be operated in pure electric mode. At this time, only the lithium battery provides energy, and the noise is extremely low. It can also be operated in plug-in mode, connected to the external power grid by cable to obtain high-power power input.

The power head and main winch are directly driven by high-power motors, and the comprehensive working performance is improved by 20%. The electrically driven main hoist has the function of generating electricity by recovering the potential energy of the drill pipe, and the generated electricity is charged into the battery. The main and auxiliary hydraulic systems adopt load-sensitive control technology, which is energy-saving and highly efficient.

The full touch screen display features a clear interface and convenient operation. The intelligent control system realizes the automatic adjustment and display of the verticality of the drill mast. It features one-click soil shaking of the hoist, one-click soil flinging of the power head, automatic tensioning of the steel wire rope when the hoist floats and touches the bottom, and intelligent power control of the electric drive system.

The three-electricity system (battery, motor, and electronic control) enjoys an extended warranty of 5 years and 10,000 hours.
