The smoothness of transportation flow within the mixing plant area is closely related to the location arrangement of roads, material piles, and distribution and transformation equipment within the area. In production, it is necessary not only to take into account the efficiency of loading materials on the loader, but also to ensure that the transportation vehicles do not stop or get clogged, and that the feeding vehicles do not affect the on-site construction. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to designing a well-developed drainage system so that normal construction can be resumed quickly after the rain.
2. Overcome the impact of inferior raw materials on the production efficiency of stabilized soil plant-mixed equipment
The main materials that affect the normal operation of mixing equipment are black lime and white lime. Due to the fact that the moisture content of black ash and white ash is determined by many uncertain factors, especially for white ash, the digestion quality, its own quality, and whether it has been sieved all affect the utilization efficiency of white ash. Therefore, before use, it is necessary to ensure the most suitable construction moisture content of the lime and to grasp the appropriate time for opening the stack. After the stack is opened, if it is too wet, it can be turned over several times with an excavator until the appropriate moisture content is reached. This not only ensures the construction efficiency but also guarantees the amount of ash.
In addition, the moisture content of the stone chips also directly affects the production efficiency of the mixing equipment. It is too dry, causing the material to be lost by the wind and the dosage of additives to be unstable. If it is too wet, it will adhere to the silo screen and be difficult to leak, which will affect the efficiency. Especially after the rain, due to the inherent characteristics of the stone chips, the moisture content inside and outside the material pile is extremely unbalanced. At this point, to ensure the quality and efficiency of the mixing, an excavator can be used to turn the materials over to balance the moisture content of the raw materials.
3. Solve the problem of the coordination and cooperation between the machinery and other factors that are matched with the plant-mixed equipment
The material properties of black grey and white grey determine that personnel need to be assigned to push the materials down with corresponding tools, which requires close cooperation among loaders, poachers and operators. The loader should load materials only after the material pusher has completely pusher the materials on the screen of the silo, which is convenient for the pusher to operate. But the materials should not be fed too late either, otherwise the supply will be cut off. There is also a timing issue for the operator to operate the vibrating motor. The vibration should start at the moment when the loader pours the material onto the silo screen. This facilitates the leakage of the material and reduces the unnecessary labor input of the material pusher personnel. The material pusher should leave the sieve in a timely manner, so as not to affect the loading of materials by the loader and to complete their own work well. Only when the three parties cooperate closely and coordinate well can the efficiency of the mixing equipment be improved.
4. Properly handle two key issues in equipment maintenance and repair
1) Check the integrity of the silo screen in a timely manner. Damaged parts should be repaired in time, especially the screens on the stone silo. If they are damaged and the screen holes are too large, large-sized stones entering the mixing cylinder will impact the blades of the mixing cylinder and cause them to fall. After the leaves fall, during the mixing process, they will also strike other leaves, often causing large-scale damage and detachment of the leaves.
2) Pay attention to checking the quality and quantity of the mixing tank blades. When the blades are severely worn, the stirring capacity of the mixing tank will drop significantly, affecting the production efficiency of the plant-mixing equipment.
Due to the above reasons, after the blades fall off, their number decreases, the stirring capacity drops, and they are prone to clogging the mixing tank, reducing its service life. When re-welding, pay attention to the angles between each blade.
The plant-mixed equipment is not only an independent mechanical device but also inseparable from other related equipment. Its operational efficiency is closely related to various factors within the factory area. To enhance its operational efficiency, efforts should be made to coordinate the relationships among all aspects well.
