Jointly launched the first 55t heavy-duty lithium battery forklift

Recently, Heli launched its first 55-ton lithium battery forklift.

This product has a lifting capacity of 55 tons and is equipped with a high-quality heavy-duty drive axle, making it suitable for heavy-load operation conditions. The mast design has been comprehensively optimized. The layout of the comprehensive channel steel cross-section has significantly enhanced its strength. The optimized up and down spacing of the rollers effectively reduces wear and improves fatigue resistance, making the entire vehicle more stable and durable with a stronger load-bearing capacity.

In terms of environmental protection, this forklift achieves zero pollution and zero emissions. Its large-capacity battery and kinetic energy recovery system can provide an ultra-long range (8 to 10 hours when fully charged), and it supports dual-gun fast charging, which improves charging efficiency and can meet the needs of long-term and various working conditions.

In terms of operation and safety, the Heli 55t lithium battery forklift is equipped with the Parker control system platform, which integrates multiple functions such as display, control and diagnosis. The hydraulic control pilot operation can achieve remote control. The full hydraulic priority steering and wet braking system make the control more precise, flexible, stable and smooth. The independent PACK box is equipped with a fully enclosed large-capacity battery pack and plug-in components, with a protection level of no less than IP67. It comes standard with a reversing camera and radar, and an optional automatic fire extinguishing system, etc., to achieve real-time monitoring and build multiple layers of protection.

This product adopts a fully enclosed enlarged cab design, equipped with four-sided panoramic glass, offering a wide field of vision. The ergonomic operation pedals and handles significantly reduce labor intensity. In terms of maintenance and repair, fully enclosed drive axles and separated hydraulic brake oil tanks are adopted, which prevent contaminants from entering, ensure the cleanliness of the oil, and significantly reduce the product failure rate. The main pump adopts a top-mounted filter element, and the electrical cabin layout is simple and convenient for maintenance.
